Hanson Sales is looking for an outgoing, positive, & reliable leader to be our Service Writer.
Duties:
Manage shop schedule
Keep customers informed
Create workorders & stories
Assist in Warranty issues
Complete Customer billing
Maintain and build customer base
Ensure shop is running in a safe, efficient & productive manner
Qualifications:
Customer service skills
Computer Skills
Knowledge of Semi repairs
